Raphael Uster joined INVISION in 2019. He identifies and analyzes investment opportunities and supports existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Prior to joining INVISION, Raphael gained management consulting experience at zeb consulting advising a large Swiss bank on an operational improvement project. Most recently, he gathered experience in Corporate & Investment Banking at Credit Suisse where he worked on leveraged financings for sponsor-backed corporations as well as in the corporate banking team advising large Swiss clients.
Raphael Uster holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics with focus on finance from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance (MBF) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
