IDAK Holding AG is the parent company of KADI AG in Langenthal (CH) and Margherita Srl in Fregona (IT). IDAK Holding focuses on specialised companies and manufacturers in the premium food delicacy sector, with which mutual synergies and growth opportunities can be achieved and benefited from. KADI is an innovative supplier of potato products and snacks. Margherita Srl is a premium pizza manufacturer from north-eastern Italy (Fregona), founded in 2001, which produces chilled and frozen pizzas as well as pizza snacks that are distributed worldwide.
HOW INVISION PLAYS ITS PART
Invision acquired a majority stake in KADI AG through a tertiary buyout and together with management and co-investors. In 2020, IDAK acquired Margherita Srl in Italy. The decisive factor for the owners and management was not only to secure the independence of the companies with Invision, but also to obtain an entrepreneurial partner who is committed to the production sites in Langenthal and Fregona and supports the further development of the company on the basis of excellent local market knowledge and experience in the consumer goods sector.
