Thijs Friederich joined Invision in April 2025 as Head of the Netherlands, where he is responsible for the origination, execution, and portfolio management of transactions in the Dutch market. Prior to joining Invision, Thijs spent nine years in Private Equity at Rabo Investments, where he most recently served for 3.5 years as Head of the Private Equity team, managing a mandate of EUR 615 million. He led numerous transactions in the Dutch SME segment as deal captain. Earlier in his career, Thijs held various roles at ABN AMRO and Rabobank in M&A, Acquisition Finance, Commodity Finance, and Capital Structuring primarily in the Dutch market and for 2,5 years in Chicago. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Finance from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
