Anna Katharina Leers joined INVISION in 2024. In her role as Head of Human Resources, she is responsible for all internal personnel affairs as well as advising and supporting the investments of the INVISION funds. Anna Katharina Leers is also involved in the internal HR due diligence of new investments and other key areas of value creation.
Before joining INVISION, she worked in the real estate industry at Branicks Group AG and Development Partner AG in HR Management and at HSBC Germany as HR Generalist.
Anna Katharina Leers is a qualified adult education teacher.
