Alice Šáchová-Kleisli serves as an Independent, Non-Executive Director of INVISION Private Equity AG.
Ms. Šáchová-Kleisli holds international executive and board positions in the industry and strategic management consulting for over 25 years. She started her career in 1989 at Procter & Gamble and joined Boston Consulting Group in 1993. At the early age of 35, she became CEO of Tela AG / Kimberly-Clark. Four years later, she took over the Basel-based advertising agency FAVO, which she sold to the Scholz & Friends Group in 2008 to become CEO and minority shareholder of the de Sede Group. As co-founder, she is now a partner at Collective63 AG, specializing in customer-centric business, brand and cultural transformation. For 18 years, she has been a member of various boards of directors (including SRG SSR, Pax, Griesser, Scholz & Friends). Alice Šáchová is a long-standing board member of the Society for Marketing (GfM) and was president of the Swiss Management Society (SMG) for 8 years.
Ms. Šáchová-Kleisli holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
