Reha Rheinfelden and the health division of Parkresort Rheinfelden (“Parkresort Health”) are merging to combine their expertise in rehabilitation. Through this strategic acquisition, Reha Rheinfelden solidifies its position as one of the leading Swiss providers of rehabilitation services in the fields of neurology, the musculoskeletal system, and geriatrics.
The geographical proximity and the combined expertise of the two companies lead to significant synergies and enable the further development of the rehabilitation offering as well as the expansion into adjacent fields. As part of the transaction, all employees of Parkresort Health will be taken over by Reha Rheinfelden.
Martin Staub, Partner at Invision, comments: “In Reha Rheinfelden we have found the ideal owner for the further development of Parkresort Health. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the management and employees of Parkresort Health for the excellent cooperation over the past eight years and wish them all the best for the future.”
Invision acquired a majority stake in Parkresort Group in 2016 as part of a succession solution and actively supported the further development of the company. In addition to the “Health” division, Parkresort Group operates three unique thermal baths in Switzerland and Germany in the “Wellness” division, which are not part of the transaction.
