Prime Transport Group is a New York based freight forwarder with branches in Miami and Los Angeles. Established over 25 years ago and offering a full range of transportation and logistics services including export & import by air & ocean international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing/distribution and local cartage.
Prime Transport is Schneider’s second acquisition in the US and will further strengthen the company’s US presence. Both companies share a similar culture where the quality and customer experience are always put first.

Focus on continuity and sharing of synergies
In line with previous acquisitions by Schneider, Prime Transport will continue as a stand-alone entity under the leadership of its current management team. Focus will be put on a close collaboration with other Schneider entities where commercially feasible and on sharing certain back-office functions.
