Schneider Group, an Invision portfolio company and a leading Swiss freight forwarding services provider, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Basildon/UK based logistics and freight forwarding specialist Global Freight Connections (GFC).
GFC was founded in 2002 by Paul Marshall and offers its customers high-quality solutions in land transport, sea and air freight, general cargo, FTL and part loads, express transport, logistics and e-commerce as well as customs services in the UK.
