Schneider Group, an Invision portfolio company and a leading Swiss freight forwarder, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Austrian logistics and freight forwarding specialist BTG Spedition & Logistik GmbH (“BTG”), headquartered in Vienna.
Founded in 1999 and with offices in Austria and Slovakia, BTG provides its customers with high-quality solutions in road transport, sea and air freight as well as logistics.

With BTG, we not only acquire a majority stake in a successful medium-sized freight forwarder, but also enter the Austrian and Central and Eastern European market.”
