Invision sells investment in Boost Group

Invision has realised its investment in Boost Group by the disposal to Cleanwood First. Boost Group is a leading provider of point-of-sale marketing services and loyalty programs for retailers and branded goods manufacturers, active in sixteen countries.

In 2007, Invision invested in the company alongside Michael Reinwald as part of a succession solution. As a result of focused growth initiatives, the introduction of innovations as well as the successful integration of add-on acquisitions in the Netherlands and Switzerland, Boost developed into one of the leading marketing services companies.

Invision partners Martin Staub and Martin Spirig commented: „We are delighted to have taken Boost together with management, from a small promotion agency to a successful international marketing service company with revenues of more than EUR 100 m. We wish Michael Reinwald and the management team led by CEO Mario Schwegler, continued success for the future”.
