FOCUS ON INDEPENDENCE AND CONTINUITY
The succession solutions secures Schneider Group’s long-term independence and maintains continuity of leadership. While Urs Eggenberger, who acts currently as president of the board, will retire in 2016, his two colleagues in the senior management Hans Brunner and Markus Nüesch will keep their positions as CEO and CFO respectively. Moreover, with Martin Isler (branch manager Zurich), André Strebel (branch manager Geneva) und Daniel Girod (Head Oversea/Special Services) three long-term managers become shareholders in the company. Hence, long-term leadership of Schneider Group is secured.
SUCCESSFUL STRATEGY OF SCHNEIDER GROUP REMAINS IN PLACE
Due to the company’s strong positioning and successful development over the past years, no change of strategic alignment is foreseen.
