RSD provides output management and document archiving solutions with the product suites EOS and Folders. Prior to the transaction, RSD’s information governance business GLASS was carved out into a separate company. Argos Soditic will accompany RSD in this strategy and will further increase investments in product innovation and sales resources. Growth will be driven both organically and through add-on acquisitions.
Cédric Bruix and Karel Kroupa, Partners of Argos Soditic, commented: “We are delighted to support a reputable market leader like RSD in its ambitious plan. By adding new resources in all areas, we want to help the management team accelerate growth and bring innovation to current and new customers.”
Martin Spirig from Invision and Xavier Paternot from Renaissance PME commented: “Since the acquisition eight years ago from its founder, RSD has continued to demonstrate the quality of its products and the strength of its team. We are glad to hand it over today to a locally-based investor who intends to continue its development out of Geneva.”
