GlassIG S.A, an independent software vendor that provides market leading and cost effective Infor-mation Governance solutions, today announced that it has completed a 2.3 CHF million round of new financing. Existing investors Invision, Renaissance PME and Swisscom are joined in this financ-ing round by Polytech Ecosystem Ventures in Lausanne and Cityholding in Belgium. The investment will help the company aggressively expand its sales and marketing efforts as well as broaden and accelerate product development.
On the market since 2010, GLASS was a well-known part of a set of software solutions from a Swiss-based archiving and output management software company. In April 2016, GLASS became GlassIG, S.A., the worldwide leading Information Governance software provider for Cloud and On-premise.
