SurfEU.com was a pan-European Internet service provider offering free internet access as well as e-mail and text messaging services to over 600’000 active users in Germany, Austria, Finland and Switzerland.

Surf EU was acquired by internet and telecommunications service provider Tiscali Spa in 2001.
