INVISION VII, a fund advised by Invision AG, has acquired a majority stake in the aTmos Group (“aTmos”). The management team will retain a significant stake and, together with INVISION, will drive the further development of aTmos.
The aTmos Group, headquartered in Riedstadt, is a leading provider of planning and execution services for demanding refurbishment and maintenance projects on commercially and industrially used roofs and building envelopes. With around 90 employees, aTmos handles complex projects across the DACH region. A particular focus lies on technically demanding projects in which ongoing operations must be maintained during refurbishment. The range of services extends from planning and project development through project management to subsequent maintenance and servicing by its own in-house service technicians.
Together with the existing management team, INVISION intends to further expand aTmos’s market position and to drive growth both organically and through targeted acquisitions. Key priorities include geographic expansion, the growth of the maintenance business and the targeted extension of the service portfolio around today’s core business.
