ADKM Inc., owner of Harry\u2019s, a men\u2019s grooming brand servicing the U.S. market, completed the purchase of Feintechnik GmbH Eisfeld, a 93-year-old German manufacturer of razor blades, from funds advised by Invision Private Equity AG and Alpine Equity Management AG, the advisor of Hypo Equity. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As a result, revenues have nearly doubled and the company made substantial technological progress during our funds\u2019 investment period. We are confident that Harry\u2019s is the ideal partner for Feintechnik to continue its success story.”<\/p>\n

Feintechnik is located in Eisfeld, Germany. Founded in 1920, the company has nearly a cen-tury of experience crafting some of the world\u2019s finest razor blades.<\/p>\n
