Peter Kroha, will be responsible for running Invision Private Equity GmbH, targeting investments in the German market and supporting the deployment of the \u20ac285 million Invision V fund, raised in 2013.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-text-wrap\">\n<div>\n<p>Peter Kroha spent the last 15 years working for Montagu Private Equity, where he was responsible for all investment activities in the DACH region. A member of both the investment and management committee, he has an extensive buyout track record. Prior to Montagu, he worked for HSBC Investment Bank, with a focus on mezzanine finance. He has a law degree and business diploma.<\/p>\n<p>At Invision, Peter Kroha will be responsible for new investments and monitoring portfolio companies. He will be joining the investment committee.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Kroha: \u201cPrivate capital for the Mittelstand segment in Germany, in particular in owner buyout situations and non-core corporate spin-offs, will continue to play an important role in the small to mid-cap segment.
