HMZ and Dialogica to join Swiss Edu Investment Partners : Invision

With the acquisition of HMZ academy AG and Dialogica International AG Invision was able to add another group of schools to the existing portfolio company Swiss Edu Investment Partners AG. With this transaction, Mr Renato Eugster’s succession plan was

successfully executed. Mr Eugster will remain active in the company.

With this transaction Invision added another education company to the SEIP group. In 2013 the group already acquired HSO Wirtschaftsschule Schweiz as well as H.B.S. Schulen. Further acquisitions are planned. The group’s goal of building another strong player in the Swiss secondary and tertiary education market is well on track.

In order to safeguard continuity, Mr Renato Eugster will remain in the board of directors together with Mr Beat Nägelin (HSO), Mr Emil Raiman (HBS) as well as Mr Alex Brennwald and Mr Marco Martelli (both Invision).
