YOUR ROLE

  • Manage the entire fundraising process in cooperation with placement agents
  • Support potential investors in their due diligence process
  • Prepare PPM, case studies, DDQs and other commercial documents
  • Conduct fund analyses for investors, prepare the virtual data room
  • Oversee all legal fundraising documents (e.g. LP agreement, side letters)
  • Inform existing and potential investors about Invision’s investments and portfolio companies’ developments
  • Communicate regularly with key LPs, respond to investor enquiries
  • Ensure timely reporting of all investment vehicles by collaborating with the investment managers

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of fund investments, investment banking, consulting or in a law firm
  • Work experience in an institutional sales department in the asset management or private markets industry is an advantage but not mandatory
  • In-depth understanding of the private equity industry
  • Communicative, perfect written and spoken English; fluent in German
  • Advanced Power Point and Excel skills

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and further develop our ESG strategy and its implementation
  • Monitor progress of our ESG strategy and objectives at all stages of the investment lifecycle
  • Keep up to date on ESG trends, market developments, industry and legislative standards
  • Collaborate with the investment teams on ESG due diligence for new investments
  • Proactively engage with management teams of portfolio companies regarding ESG matters
  • Stay on top of the ESG KPIs to be tracked and monitored across our investment portfolio
  • Provide support and ensure progress on portfolio company specific ESG action plans
  • Prepare reports according to UNPRI, SFDR and CSRD as well as our annual ESG report
  • Respond to investor inquiries and questions
  • Prepare case studies and ESG content for marketing and fundraising purposes
  • Identify training needs and coordinate ESG training for our employees
  • Work with external consultants on specific ESG topics / projects
  • Network and build relationships within the industry and attend at relevant conferences

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences
  • Experience in an ESG-related role in private equity, consulting, or in a law firm
  • Technical knowledge of ESG regulations, e.g. SFDR and CSRD, and their implementation
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with portfolio management teams, to establish a robust external network, and to confidently present to investors
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to examine data, recognise patterns and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in English; fluent in German
