  • Conduct sector screenings and identify potential investment opportunities
  • Assess investment opportunities by building a financial model and by verifying commercial assumptions
  • Prepare investment documentation and present to Investment Committee
  • Assess due diligence findings and discuss opportunities and concerns with team
  • Help monitor and support our portfolio companies through meeting participation and report creation
  • Carry out quarterly valuations of portfolio companies
  • Assist in reporting to investors
  • Be a constructive yet challenging discussion partner in investment projects who is not afraid to share and defend his/her opinion


  • Bachelor degree or higher; strong academic record
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to excellence
  • Communicative and fluent in German and English, French is desired
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point; valuation skills a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for business
  • Work experience in finance, law, consulting, entrepreneurship or operations a plus, but not mandatory
  • Availability of at least four months
