| Pedro Bilar, Senior Investment Advisor
Pedro Bilar joined the Invision team in 2008. His investment interests include opportunities in consumer products as well as with innovative enterprises in a variety of sectors.
Prior to that, Pedro spearheaded the business development activities of the Capital Efficiency Group (CEG), which became the market leader in mezzanine financing in Europe. In Switzerland he also served in the Management Boards of UTC, then the country’s largest trading and marketing company, and AMC International, in both cases leading worldwide business development activities. In Germany, Pedro served as Corporate Marketing Director and Sales Manager of the Colonia Insurance Group, at the time Germany’s second largest all-line insurance company. In the course of his professional activities, Pedro has lived and worked in a variety of countries and cultures in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Pedro Bilar holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, as well as an M.A. and a Ph.D. (ABD) in Political Science from Brown University.
