| Frank Becker, Managing
Partner and Delegate of the Board
Frank Becker joined Invision in 2000. His investment interests
include opportunities in information technology and innovative
services business concepts. He is responsible for the investments
in Swiss Education Group and RSD SA and serves on these companies' boards.
Before joining Invision, Frank Becker was the CFO of Compaq
Computer Switzerland, where he was instrumental in the post
merger integration of Digital Equipment Corporation. During
his time at Compaq, Frank Becker also served as the President
of the Compaq Pension Fund Board. Prior to Compaq, Frank
Becker was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group,
advising clients on strategic, organizational and operational
issues.
Frank Becker holds an MBA from Stanford Business School
and graduated in electrical engineering at the Swiss Federal
Institute of Technology, Zurich.
