| Dr. Reto Suter
Reto Suter is a Partner of Horizon21. He is the Chief Executive Officer and joined the
company in August 2004.
Reto Suter has extensive experience in private equity and corporate finance. He began his career in 1997 as a Senior Research Assistant and Lecturer at the Swiss Banking
Institute of the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where he was responsible for various
consulting and research projects for banks and financial institutions.
In 2000, he co-founded go4equity AG, a venture-financed, pan-European private equity
platform in Zurich, Switzerland. In his role as CFO of the company, he developed the
company and secured venture financing.
In 2001 Reto Suter co-founded Tendo Corporate Finance AG, Zurich, Switzerland. As
partner there, he sourced, led, structured, and executed more than 20 private equity and
M&A transactions; primarily for small and mid-sized companies in various industry
sectors in Switzerland, Germany, and the United States.
He holds the title of Dr. oec. publ. from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where his
major courses of study were banking and finance.
Reto Suter was born 1971. He is married and lives with his family in Switzerland.
