| Dr. Rainer Rueppel
Dr. Rueppel is a co-founder of ISPartners and CEO of the company. His background is computer science and applied mathematics.
He holds a Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (Dr. sc. techn. ETH) and was Assistant Professor at the University of California in San Diego (UCSD).
In 1989 he started his own company R3 Security Engineering AG which became a leading supplier of security solutions for the Swiss banking industry. After he sold his company he worked as investment advisor and business angel in the venture capital community.
Dr. Rueppel has published several books and numerous research papers. He holds several board positions.
