| Bernd Wolff
Mr. Wolff graduated with an MBA at University St. Gallen,
Switzerland in 1973.
He previously held the position of
Head of Company Financing and Controlling, Corporate Business
Development, Corporate Treasury and Group Chief Financial
Officer ad interim at the Headquarters of F. Hoffmann-La
Roche AG in Basel, Switzerland.
From 1991, Mr. Wolff was
a member of the Roche Corporate Finance Board and was made
an ad interim member of the Corporate Executive Board in
May 2001.
Since November 2001, Mr. Wolff has been working
as an independent consultant for European and US companies.
