ALDATA TO SUPPLY G.O.L.D. TO CARREFOUR HYPERMARKETS IN FRANCE

Aldata has reached an agreement with Carrefour, the second largest retailer worldwide, on the supply of G.O.L.D. software to Carrefour's 179 hypermarkets in France.

Carrefour has decided to implement G.O.L.D. Central and G.O.L.D. Shop, for centralised retail execution and optimised replenishment of the stores. With this agreement Carrefour is continuing its strategic deployment of Aldata G.O.L.D. as part of the global agreement signed with Aldata in December 2003.

The first phase of the implementation, aimed at automatic replenishment and just-in-time flow management, starts immediately. The complete roll-out is planned by mid-2006. The project is managed by Carrefour with Aldata and Carrefour IT service suppliers providing delivery and support services.
