ALDATA TO SUPPLY G.O.L.D. TO GIANT EAGLE IN THE U.S.

The delivery consists of Aldata G.O.L.D. and covers product, merchandising and replenishment management operations across the whole Giant Eagle organization. Giant Eagle will begin deploying G.O.L.D. immediately. The first phase of implementation is planned to be completed by the second quarter 2006. Further functionalities will be implemented during 2006.

BearingPoint, Inc., Aldata's certified systems integration partner, participated in the negotiations and has received a separate order from Giant Eagle, Inc. for associated implementation services. Aldata will deliver development services related to the G.O.L.D. system until the roll out of the software.
