CyberGuard expands North American distribution network through partnership with Interwork Technologies

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 07, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CyberGuard Corporation (Nasdaq: CGFW), a global provider of security solutions that protect the critical components of the largest and most complex information networks for Global 2000 enterprises and government organizations, today announced an agreement with Interwork Technologies to significantly enhance its North American distribution network. Starting immediately, Interwork Technologies, a leading security-focused value added distributor, will distribute CyberGuard's security solutions throughout the United States and Canada.
