Esmertec is opening Customer Support and Testing

The Taipei Centre will have a team of customer project engineers, customer support engineers and customer certification engineers to offer a complete portfolio of high-quality engineering services, including consulting, integration, porting, testing, certification, training, support and maintenance, delivering complete ready-to-market solutions and ongoing support to customers. “We place a very high value on services for customers. With the increasing number of customers Esmertec is gaining in Asia, it is important for us to be able to provide strong local support,” said Jean-Claude Martinez, COO of Esmertec. “This centre will be staffed by fully trained and experienced local professionals, and will enable us to deliver quality services in local languages and local times.”
